Chia seeds 800g

They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, protein, antioxidants and calcium. 15 gr of chia seeds contain 6 gr of dietary fibre which corresponds to appr. one fifth of the daily recommendation for adults. Adding chia seeds to your daily diet is an excellent way to ensure adequate intake of fibre.
Chia seeds are easy to include in your diet! You can sprinkle them over your porridge or in you smoothie. They are also well suited for baking, e.g. for making bread.
